Lesson Plan

  • We start each lesson with our signature warm up. 

  • We progress through the 9 lesson program.

  • We span this program out over 12 weeks and modify/adapt as we see the need for our players.

  • We have found it best to keep progressing each week and at most spend two weeks on one lesson plan.

  • On the left is the allocated time for each exercise (adjusted as need be). 

  • In our classes we use a cow bell to signal the end of one exercise and move on to the next. 

  • Before each week all mentors quickly watch the lesson for that week so they are prepared and ready to go!
